V roce 1918 vlastnil palestinsk\u00fd lid 98,5 % p\u016fdy Palestiny a p\u0159edstavoval 92 % populace na \u00fazem\u00ed Palestiny. \u017did\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed byli do Palestiny p\u0159ivezeni v masov\u00fdch imigra\u010dn\u00edch kampan\u00edch ve spolupr\u00e1ci mezi britsk\u00fdmi koloni\u00e1ln\u00edmi \u00fa\u0159ady a sionistick\u00fdm hnut\u00edm, se poda\u0159ilo ovl\u00e1dnout nejv\u00fd\u0161e 6 % p\u016fdy v Palestin\u011b a p\u0159ed rokem 1948, kdy bylo na historick\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b Palestiny vyhl\u00e1\u0161eno Sionistick\u00e9 Entita, p\u0159edstavovali 31 % populace. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b bylo palestinsk\u00e9mu lidu up\u00edr\u00e1no pr\u00e1vo na sebeur\u010den\u00ed a sionistick\u00e9 gangy se zapojily do etnick\u00e9 \u010distky proti palestinsk\u00e9mu lidu, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla za c\u00edl jejich vys\u00eddlen\u00ed z jejich p\u016fdy a oblast\u00ed. V d\u016fsledku toho sionistick\u00e9 gangy silou ovl\u00e1dly 77 % p\u016fdy Palestiny, kde vys\u00eddily 57 % lid\u00ed Palestiny a zni\u010dily v\u00edce ne\u017e 500 palestinsk\u00fdch vesnic a m\u011bst a sp\u00e1chaly des\u00edtky masakr\u016f proti Palestinc\u016fm, co\u017e v\u0161e vy\u00fastilo v zalo\u017een\u00ed Sionistick\u00e9 Entity v roce 1948. Nav\u00edc, jako pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed agrese, izraelsk\u00e9 s\u00edly v roce 1967 okupovaly zbytek Palestiny v\u010detn\u011b Z\u00e1padn\u00edho b\u0159ehu, P\u00e1sma Gazy a Jeruzal\u00e9ma, krom\u011b arabsk\u00fdch \u00fazem\u00ed kolem Palestiny.     <\/li>\n<li>B\u011bhem t\u011bchto dlouh\u00fdch desetilet\u00ed palestinsk\u00fd lid utrp\u011bl ve\u0161ker\u00e9 formy \u00fatlaku, nespravedlnosti, vyvlast\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pr\u00e1v a politiky apartheidu. P\u00e1smo Gazy nap\u0159\u00edklad od roku 2007 trp\u00ed dusivou blok\u00e1dou trvaj\u00edc\u00ed 17 let, kter\u00e1 ho prom\u011bnila v nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed otev\u0159enou v\u011bznici na sv\u011bt\u011b. Palestinsk\u00fd lid v Gaze tak\u00e9 utrp\u011bl b\u011bhem p\u011bti destruktivn\u00edch v\u00e1lek\/agres\u00ed, ve kter\u00fdch byl \u201eIzrael\u201c \u00fato\u010d\u00edc\u00ed stranou. Lid\u00e9 v Gaze v roce 2018 tak\u00e9 zah\u00e1jili demonstrace Velk\u00e9ho pochodu n\u00e1vratu, aby m\u00edrov\u011b protestovali proti izraelsk\u00e9 blok\u00e1d\u011b, jejich humanit\u00e1rn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m a aby po\u017eadovali sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo na n\u00e1vrat. Av\u0161ak izraelsk\u00e9 okupa\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edly na tyto protesty brut\u00e1ln\u011b odpov\u011bd\u011bly, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v pr\u016fb\u011bhu n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f bylo zabito 360 Palestinc\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch 19 000 bylo zran\u011bno, v\u010detn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e 5 000 d\u011bt\u00ed.    <\/li>\n<li>Podle ofici\u00e1ln\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f v obdob\u00ed od ledna 2000 do z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2023 izraelsk\u00e1 okupace zabila 11 299 Palestinc\u016f a zranila 156 768 dal\u0161\u00edch, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich byli civilist\u00e9. Bohu\u017eel americk\u00e1 administrativa a jej\u00ed spojenci v posledn\u00edch letech nev\u011bnovali pozornost utrpen\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu, ale poskytovali kryt\u00ed izraelsk\u00e9 agresi. Vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili soustrast pouze izraelsk\u00fdm voj\u00e1k\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed byli zabiti 7. \u0159\u00edjna, ani\u017e by hledali pravdu o tom, co se stalo, a nespravedliv\u011b se p\u0159idr\u017eeli izraelsk\u00e9ho vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i odsuzov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadajn\u00e9ho c\u00edlen\u00ed na izraelsk\u00e9 civilisty. Americk\u00e1 administrativa poskytla finan\u010dn\u00ed a vojenskou podporu izraelsk\u00fdm okupa\u010dn\u00edm masakr\u016fm proti palestinsk\u00fdm civilist\u016fm a brut\u00e1ln\u00ed agrese na P\u00e1smo Gazy, a st\u00e1le ameri\u010dt\u00ed \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci ignoruj\u00ed, co izraelsk\u00e9 okupa\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edly p\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v Gaze p\u0159i masov\u00fdch vra\u017ed\u00e1ch.   <\/li>\n<li>Izraelsk\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00ed a brutality byly zdokumentov\u00e1ny mnoha organizacemi OSN a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi skupinami pro lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va, v\u010detn\u011b Amnesty International a Human Rights Watch, a dokonce i izraelsk\u00fdmi skupinami pro lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va. Tyto zpr\u00e1vy a sv\u011bdectv\u00ed v\u0161ak byly ignorov\u00e1ny a izraelsk\u00e1 okupace dosud nebyla postavena p\u0159ed soud. Nap\u0159\u00edklad dne 29. \u0159\u00edjna 2021 izraelsk\u00fd velvyslanec p\u0159i OSN Gilad Erdan urazil syst\u00e9m OSN t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159i projevu na Valn\u00e9 hromad\u011b roztrhal zpr\u00e1vu pro Radu pro lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va OSN a hodil ji do ko\u0161e, ne\u017e opustil \u0159e\u010dnick\u00fd pult. P\u0159esto byl v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm roce, v roce 2022, jmenov\u00e1n m\u00edstop\u0159edsedou Valn\u00e9ho shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed OSN.   <\/li>\n<li>Americk\u00e1 administrativa a jej\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00ed spojenci v\u017edy jednali s Izraelem jako se st\u00e1tem nad z\u00e1konem; poskytovali mu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 kryt\u00ed k udr\u017een\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 okupace a potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu a umo\u017enili &#8222;Izraeli&#8220; vyu\u017e\u00edvat takov\u00e9 situace k dal\u0161\u00edmu zab\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9 p\u016fdy a k judaizaci jejich svatost\u00e1nek a posv\u00e1tn\u00fdch m\u00edst. Navzdory skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee OSN vydala v\u00edce ne\u017e 900 usnesen\u00ed za posledn\u00edch 75 let ve prosp\u011bch palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu, &#8222;Izrael&#8220; odm\u00edtl dodr\u017eovat jak\u00e9koliv z t\u011bchto usnesen\u00ed a americk\u00e9 veto bylo v\u017edy p\u0159\u00edtomno na Rad\u011b bezpe\u010dnosti OSN, aby zabr\u00e1nilo jak\u00e9mukoliv odsouzen\u00ed &#8222;Izraelov\u00fdch&#8220; politik a poru\u0161en\u00ed. Proto vid\u00edme, \u017ee Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty a dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00ed zem\u011b jsou spoluvin\u00edky a partnery izraelsk\u00e9 okupace ve sv\u00fdch zlo\u010dinech a ve trvaj\u00edc\u00edm utrpen\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu.  <\/li>\n<li>Pokud jde o \u201eproces m\u00edrov\u00e9ho usm\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed\u201c. Navzdory skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee Oslovsk\u00e9 dohody podepsan\u00e9 v roce 1993 s Palestinskou osvobozeneckou organizac\u00ed (PLO) stanovily vytvo\u0159en\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00e9ho palestinsk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu na Z\u00e1padn\u00edm b\u0159ehu a P\u00e1smu Gazy, \u201eIzrael\u201c systematicky zni\u010dil ka\u017edou mo\u017enost vytvo\u0159en\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 kampan\u011b v\u00fdstavby osad a judaizace palestinsk\u00e9 p\u016fdy na okupovan\u00e9m Z\u00e1padn\u00edm b\u0159ehu a v Jeruzal\u00e9m\u011b. Podporovatel\u00e9 m\u00edrov\u00e9ho procesu po 30 letech zjistili, \u017ee narazili na slepou uli\u010dku a \u017ee takov\u00fd proces m\u011bl katastrof\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u016fsledky pro palestinsk\u00fd lid. Izrael\u0161t\u00ed \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci opakovan\u011b potvrdili sv\u016fj naprost\u00fd odm\u00edtav\u00fd postoj k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu. Jen jeden m\u011bs\u00edc p\u0159ed operac\u00ed Povode\u0148 Al-Aqsa p\u0159edlo\u017eil izraelsk\u00fd premi\u00e9r Benjamin Netanyahu mapu tzv. \u201eNov\u00e9ho St\u0159edn\u00edho v\u00fdchodu\u201c, zn\u00e1zor\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed \u201eIzrael\u201c sahaj\u00edc\u00ed od \u0159eky Jord\u00e1n po St\u0159edozemn\u00ed mo\u0159e v\u010detn\u011b Z\u00e1padn\u00edho b\u0159ehu a Gazy. Cel\u00fd sv\u011bt, v\u010detn\u011b Valn\u00e9ho shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed OSN, ml\u010del k jeho projevu pln\u00e9mu arogance a ignorace v\u016f\u010di pr\u00e1v\u016fm palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu.    <\/li>\n<li>Po 75 letech ne\u00fanavn\u00e9 okupace a utrpen\u00ed, po selh\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech iniciativ k osvobozen\u00ed a n\u00e1vratu na\u0161eho lidu a tak\u00e9 po katastrof\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch tzv. m\u00edrov\u00e9ho procesu, <b>co sv\u011bt o\u010dek\u00e1val, \u017ee ud\u011bl\u00e1 palestinsk\u00fd lid jako odpov\u011b\u010f na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Izraelsk\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny na judaizaci po\u017eehnan\u00e9 me\u0161ity Al-Aks\u00e1, pokusy o jej\u00ed \u010dasov\u00e9 a prostorov\u00e9 rozd\u011blen\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako zintenzivn\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1jezd\u016f izraelsk\u00fdch osadn\u00edk\u016f do svat\u00e9 me\u0161ity.<\/li>\n<li>Praxe extremistick\u00e9 a pravicov\u00e9 izraelsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy, kter\u00e1 prakticky podnik\u00e1 kroky sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed k anexi cel\u00e9ho Z\u00e1padn\u00edho b\u0159ehu a Jeruzal\u00e9ma do tzv. \u201eizraelsk\u00e9 suverenity\u201c, v\u010detn\u011b pl\u00e1n\u016f na izraelsk\u00e9m stolku na vyst\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed Palestinc\u016f z jejich domov\u016f a oblast\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Tis\u00edce palestinsk\u00fdch v\u011bz\u0148\u016f v izraelsk\u00fdch v\u011bznic\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed omezov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pr\u00e1v a jsou vystaveni \u00fatok\u016fm a pohrd\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m dohledu izraelsk\u00e9ho fa\u0161istick\u00e9ho ministra Itamara Ben-Gvira.<\/li>\n<li>Nespravedliv\u00e1 vzdu\u0161n\u00e1, mo\u0159sk\u00e1 a pozemn\u00ed blok\u00e1da uvalen\u00e1 na P\u00e1smo Gazy po dobu v\u00edce ne\u017e 17 let.<\/li>\n<li>Roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed izraelsk\u00fdch osad na Z\u00e1padn\u00edm b\u0159ehu v nep\u0159edstaviteln\u00e9m rozsahu, stejn\u011b jako ka\u017edodenn\u00ed n\u00e1sil\u00ed, kter\u00e9 osadn\u00edci p\u00e1chaj\u00ed proti Palestinc\u016fm a jejich majetku.<\/li>\n<li>Sedm milion\u016f Palestinc\u016f \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch v uprchlick\u00fdch t\u00e1borech a dal\u0161\u00edch oblastech, kte\u0159\u00ed tou\u017e\u00ed vr\u00e1tit se na sv\u00e9 zem\u011b, odkud byli vypuzeni p\u0159ed 75 lety.<\/li>\n<li>Selh\u00e1n\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho spole\u010denstv\u00ed a spolu\u00fa\u010dast velmoc\u00ed na zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed vytvo\u0159en\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Co se od palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu o\u010dek\u00e1valo po v\u0161em tomto? \u010cekat a spol\u00e9hat se na bezmocnou OSN! Nebo vz\u00edt iniciativu v obran\u011b palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu, zem\u011b, pr\u00e1v a posv\u00e1tnost\u00ed; v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee obrana je pr\u00e1vo zakotven\u00e9 v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch z\u00e1konech, norm\u00e1ch a dohod\u00e1ch.  <\/p>\n<p>Vych\u00e1zej\u00edc z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho, operace Povode\u0148 Al-Aqsa dne 7. \u0159\u00edjna byla nutn\u00fdm krokem a norm\u00e1ln\u00ed odpov\u011bd\u00ed na konfrontaci v\u0161ech izraelsk\u00fdch spiknut\u00ed proti palestinsk\u00e9mu lidu a jejich v\u011bci. Opakujeme, \u017ee palestinsk\u00fd odpor byl b\u011bhem operace pln\u011b disciplinovan\u00fd a zav\u00e1z\u00e1n isl\u00e1msk\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m a \u017ee palest\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed bojovn\u00edci \u00fato\u010dili pouze na voj\u00e1ky okupace a ty, kte\u0159\u00ed nesli zbran\u011b proti na\u0161emu lidu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 byli palest\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed bojovn\u00edci pe\u010dliv\u00ed, aby se vyhnuli zran\u011bn\u00ed civilist\u016f, p\u0159esto\u017ee odpor nem\u00e1 k dispozici p\u0159esn\u00e9 zbran\u011b. Pokud do\u0161lo k n\u011bjak\u00e9mu incidentu se zasa\u017een\u00edm civilist\u016f, stalo se to n\u00e1hodn\u011b b\u011bhem st\u0159et\u016f s okupa\u010dn\u00edmi silami.   <\/strong><\/strong>\n<p>Od sv\u00e9ho zalo\u017een\u00ed v roce 1987 se Hnut\u00ed Ham\u00e1s zav\u00e1zalo k tomu, \u017ee se vyhne po\u0161kozen\u00ed civilist\u016f. Po tom, co sionistick\u00fd zlo\u010dinec Baruch Goldstein v roce 1994 sp\u00e1chal masakr na palestinsk\u00e9 v\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed v me\u0161it\u011b Al-Ibrahimi v okupovan\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Hebron, Hnut\u00ed Ham\u00e1s ozn\u00e1milo iniciativu k tomu, aby se civilist\u00e9 vyhnuli n\u00e1sledk\u016fm boj\u016f ze strany v\u0161ech \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, av\u0161ak izraelsk\u00e1 okupace ji odm\u00edtla a ani na ni neodpov\u011bd\u011bla. Jak potvrdili mnoz\u00ed, Hnut\u00ed Ham\u00e1s jednalo v pozitivn\u00edm a ohledupln\u00e9m duchu se v\u0161emi civilisty zadr\u017een\u00fdmi v Gaze a od po\u010d\u00e1tku agrese se sna\u017eilo je propustit. To se stalo b\u011bhem t\u00fddenn\u00ed humanit\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u011b\u0159\u00ed, kdy byli tito civilist\u00e9 propu\u0161t\u011bni v\u00fdm\u011bnou za palestinsk\u00e9 \u017eeny a d\u011bti propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 z izraelsk\u00fdch v\u011bznic.<\/li>\n<li>Co izraelsk\u00e1 okupace \u0161\u00ed\u0159ila jako tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee Brig\u00e1dy Al-Kassam dne 7. \u0159\u00edjna c\u00edlily na izraelsk\u00e9 civilisty, jsou pouh\u00e9 l\u017ei a v\u00fdmysly. Zdrojem t\u011bchto tvrzen\u00ed je izraelsk\u00e1 ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed verze ud\u00e1lost\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd nez\u00e1visl\u00fd zdroj \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z nich neprok\u00e1zal. Mnoho z\u00e1padn\u00edch medi\u00e1ln\u00edch agentur bohu\u017eel p\u0159ijalo toto tvrzen\u00ed a \u0161\u00ed\u0159ilo ho. <\/li>\n<li>N\u00e1vrh, \u017ee palest\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed bojovn\u00edci sp\u00e1chali zn\u00e1siln\u011bn\u00ed izraelsk\u00fdch \u017een, byl pln\u011b pop\u0159en v\u010detn\u011b Hnut\u00ed Ham\u00e1s. Zpr\u00e1va z webu Mondoweiss ze dne 1. prosince 2023 a dal\u0161\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy &#8222;masov\u00e9ho zn\u00e1siln\u011bn\u00ed&#8220;, kter\u00e9 m\u011bli \u010dlenov\u00e9 Ham\u00e1su \u00fadajn\u011b sp\u00e1chat dne 7. \u0159\u00edjna, a \u017ee Izrael pou\u017eil toto tvrzen\u00ed &#8222;k podn\u00edcen\u00ed genocidy v Gaze&#8220;. <\/li>\n<li>Podle dvou zpr\u00e1v izraelsk\u00fdch novin Yedioth Ahronoth ze dne 10. \u0159\u00edjna a Haaretz ze dne 18. listopadu bylo mnoho izraelsk\u00fdch civilist\u016f zabito izraelsk\u00fdm vojensk\u00fdm vrtuln\u00edkem, zejm\u00e9na ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se nach\u00e1zeli na hudebn\u00edm festivalu Nova pobl\u00ed\u017e Gazy, kde bylo zabito 364 izraelsk\u00fdch civilist\u016f. Ob\u011b zpr\u00e1vy uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee bojovn\u00edci Ham\u00e1su dos\u00e1hli oblasti festivalu bez p\u0159edchoz\u00edho v\u011bdom\u00ed o festivalu, kde izraelsk\u00fd vrtuln\u00edk otev\u0159el palbu jak na bojovn\u00edky Ham\u00e1su, tak na \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky festivalu. Yedioth Ahronoth tak\u00e9 uvedl, \u017ee izraelsk\u00e1 arm\u00e1da, aby zabr\u00e1nila dal\u0161\u00edm infiltracem z Gazy a aby zabr\u00e1nila zat\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed Izraelc\u016f palestinsk\u00fdmi bojovn\u00edky, provedla \u00fatok na v\u00edce ne\u017e 300 c\u00edl\u016f v oblastech kolem P\u00e1sma Gazy.  <\/li>\n<li>Dal\u0161\u00ed izraelsk\u00e1 sv\u011bdectv\u00ed potvrdila, \u017ee izraelsk\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 n\u00e1jezdy a operace voj\u00e1k\u016f zabily mnoho izraelsk\u00fdch zajatc\u016f a jejich \u00fanosc\u016f. Izraelsk\u00e1 okupa\u010dn\u00ed arm\u00e1da bombardovala domy v izraelsk\u00fdch osad\u00e1ch, kde byli palestin\u0161t\u00ed bojovn\u00edci a Izraelci uvnit\u0159, co\u017e jasn\u011b aplikovalo proslulou &#8222;Hannibalovu sm\u011brnici&#8220; izraelsk\u00e9 arm\u00e1dy, kter\u00e1 jasn\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: &#8222;Lep\u0161\u00ed je mrtv\u00fd civiln\u00ed rukojm\u00ed nebo voj\u00e1k ne\u017e vzat\u00fd na\u017eivu&#8220;, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo zapojen\u00ed do v\u00fdm\u011bny zajatc\u016f s palestinsk\u00fdm odbojem. <\/li>\n<li>D\u00e1le revizovaly okupa\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady po\u010det sv\u00fdch zabit\u00e9ch voj\u00e1k\u016f a civilist\u016f z 1400 na 1200 pot\u00e9, co zjistily, \u017ee 200 sp\u00e1len\u00fdch t\u011bl pat\u0159ilo palestinsk\u00fdm bojovn\u00edk\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed byli zabiti a sm\u00edch\u00e1ni s izraelsk\u00fdmi t\u011bly. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ten, kdo zabil bojovn\u00edky, je ten, kdo zabil i Izraelce, s v\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee pouze izraelsk\u00e1 arm\u00e1da vlastn\u00ed vojensk\u00e1 letadla, kter\u00e1 zabila, sp\u00e1lila a zni\u010dila izraelsk\u00e9 oblasti dne 7. \u0159\u00edjna. <\/li>\n<li>Izraelsk\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 leteck\u00e9 \u00fatoky po cel\u00e9m P\u00e1smu Gazy, kter\u00e9 vedly k smrti t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 60 izraelsk\u00fdch zajatc\u016f, rovn\u011b\u017e dokazuj\u00ed, \u017ee izraelsk\u00e1 okupace nebere ohled na \u017eivot sv\u00fdch zajatc\u016f v Gaze.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Je rovn\u011b\u017e fakt, \u017ee n\u011bkolik izraelsk\u00fdch osadn\u00edk\u016f v osad\u00e1ch kolem Gazy bylo ozbrojeno a st\u0159etlo se s palestinsk\u00fdmi bojovn\u00edky 7. \u0159\u00edjna. Tito osadn\u00edci byli zaps\u00e1ni jako civilist\u00e9, p\u0159esto\u017ee ve skute\u010dnosti \u0161lo o ozbrojen\u00e9 mu\u017ee bojuj\u00edc\u00ed po boku izraelsk\u00e9 arm\u00e1dy. <\/li>\n<li>P\u0159i mluven\u00ed o izraelsk\u00fdch civilistech je t\u0159eba v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee brann\u00e1 povinnost se vztahuje na v\u0161echny Izraelce star\u0161\u00ed 18 let \u2013 mu\u017ee, kte\u0159\u00ed absolvovali 32 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f vojensk\u00e9 slu\u017eby, a \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 absolvovaly 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f \u2013 kde v\u0161ichni mohou nosit a pou\u017e\u00edvat zbran\u011b. Toto vych\u00e1z\u00ed z izraelsk\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed teorie \u201eozbrojen\u00e9ho lidu\u201c, kter\u00e1 prom\u011bnila izraelsk\u00fd st\u00e1t v \u201earm\u00e1du s p\u0159ipojenou zem\u00ed.\u201c <\/li>\n<li>Brut\u00e1ln\u00ed zab\u00edjen\u00ed civilist\u016f je systematick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem izraelsk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu a jedn\u00edm z prost\u0159edk\u016f k pon\u00ed\u017een\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu. Masov\u00e9 zab\u00edjen\u00ed Palestinc\u016f v Gaze je jasn\u00fdm d\u016fkazem tohoto p\u0159\u00edstupu. <\/li>\n<li>Televizn\u00ed kan\u00e1l Al Jazeera uvedl ve sv\u00e9m dokumentu, \u017ee b\u011bhem jednoho m\u011bs\u00edce izraelsk\u00e9 agrese v Gaze byl pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd denn\u00ed po\u010det zab\u00edjen\u00ed palestinsk\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed 136, zat\u00edmco pr\u016fm\u011br zab\u00edjen\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed na Ukrajin\u011b b\u011bhem rusko-ukrajinsk\u00e9 v\u00e1lky byl jeden d\u00edt\u011b denn\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>Ti, kdo obhajuj\u00ed izraelskou agrese, se ned\u00edvaj\u00ed na ud\u00e1losti objektivn\u011b, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e se sna\u017e\u00ed ospravedlnit masov\u00e9 zab\u00edjen\u00ed Palestinc\u016f Izraelem t\u00edm, \u017ee \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i \u00fatoc\u00edch na bojovn\u00edky Ham\u00e1su mohou b\u00fdt ob\u011bti mezi civilisty. Je tak\u00e9 ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee byly velmoci, kter\u00e9 tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed hodnotami spravedlnosti, zcela na stran\u011b okupa\u010dn\u00edho vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed a postavily se proti palestinsk\u00fdm krok\u016fm v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu spravedlnosti. Tyto zku\u0161enosti s bojem ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee ve stejn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e \u00fatlaku prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 okupantem dojde k ekvivalentn\u00ed odpov\u011bdi od lid\u00ed pod okupac\u00ed. <\/li>\n<li>Palestinsk\u00fd lid a lid\u00e9 po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b si uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed rozsah l\u017e\u00ed a klamu, kter\u00e9 tyto vl\u00e1dy, podporuj\u00edc\u00ed izraelsk\u00e9 vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed, praktikuj\u00ed ve snaze ospravedlnit sv\u016fj slep\u00fd p\u0159edsudek a zakr\u00fdt izraelsk\u00e9 zlo\u010diny. Tyto zem\u011b znaj\u00ed ko\u0159enov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny konfliktu, kter\u00e9 jsou okupace a odep\u0159en\u00ed pr\u00e1va palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu \u017e\u00edt d\u016fstojn\u011b na sv\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b. postoj k izraelsk\u00fdm zlo\u010din\u016fm a masakr\u016fm a aby projevili svou podporu pr\u00e1v\u016fm palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu a jejich spravedliv\u00e9mu Hamas odm\u00edt\u00e1 pron\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed jak\u00e9hokoli \u010dlov\u011bka nebo podkop\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jeho pr\u00e1v na z\u00e1klad\u011b n\u00e1rodnostn\u00edch, n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fdch nebo sekt\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f.   <\/li>\n<li>Hamas potvrzuje, \u017ee jeho konflikt je sionistick\u00fdm projektem a ne s \u017didy kv\u016fli jejich n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed. Hamas nevede boj proti \u017did\u016fm proto, \u017ee jsou \u017eidov\u0161t\u00ed, ale bojuje proti sionist\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed okupuj\u00ed Palestinu. P\u0159esto to jsou sionist\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed neust\u00e1le ztoto\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed judaismus a \u017didy se sv\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm koloni\u00e1ln\u00edm projektem a neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed entitou.  <\/li>\n<li>Palestinsk\u00fd lid v\u017edy st\u00e1l proti \u00fatlaku, nespravedlnosti a sp\u00e1ch\u00e1n\u00ed masakr\u016f na civilisty, bez ohledu na to, kdo je sp\u00e1chal. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b na\u0161ich n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fdch a mor\u00e1ln\u00edch hodnot jsme jasn\u011b vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili odm\u00edtnut\u00ed toho, \u010demu byli \u017did\u00e9 vystaveni nacistick\u00fdm N\u011bmeckem. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd konflikt je zp\u016fsoben agresivn\u00edm chov\u00e1n\u00edm sionist\u016f a jejich spojenectv\u00edm s z\u00e1padn\u00edmi koloni\u00e1ln\u00edmi mocnostmi; proto odm\u00edt\u00e1me vyu\u017eit\u00ed utrpen\u00ed \u017did\u016f v Evrop\u011b k ospravedln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fatlaku na\u0161eho lidu v Palestin\u011b.    <\/li>\n<li>Hnut\u00ed Hamas podle mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f a norem je n\u00e1rodn\u011b osvobozeneck\u00e9 hnut\u00ed s jasn\u00fdmi c\u00edli a mis\u00ed. Z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 svou legitimitu k odporu proti okupaci z palestinsk\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va na sebeobranu, osvobozen\u00ed a sebeur\u010den\u00ed. Hamas v\u017edy dbal na to, aby omezoval sv\u016fj boj a odpor proti izraelsk\u00e9 okupaci na okupovan\u00e9m palestinsk\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed, av\u0161ak izraelsk\u00e1 okupace se tohoto nedr\u017eela a sp\u00e1chala masakry a vra\u017edy proti Palestinc\u016fm mimo Palestinu.  <\/li>\n<li>D\u016frazn\u011b zd\u016fraz\u0148ujeme, \u017ee odpor proti okupaci v\u0161emi prost\u0159edky v\u010detn\u011b ozbrojen\u00e9ho odporu je legitimizovan\u00fd pr\u00e1vem ve v\u0161ech norm\u00e1ch, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00edch, mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch pr\u00e1vn\u00edch norm\u00e1ch v\u010detn\u011b \u017denevsk\u00fdch konvenc\u00ed a jejich prvn\u00edho dodatkov\u00e9ho protokolu a souvisej\u00edc\u00edch rezoluc\u00ed OSN, nap\u0159\u00edklad rezoluce Valn\u00e9ho shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed OSN \u010d. 3236, kter\u00e1 byla p\u0159ijata na 29. zased\u00e1n\u00ed Valn\u00e9ho shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed dne 22. listopadu 1974 a potvrdila nezciziteln\u00e1 pr\u00e1va palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu v Palestin\u011b, v\u010detn\u011b pr\u00e1va na sebeur\u010den\u00ed a pr\u00e1va vr\u00e1tit se &#8222;do sv\u00fdch domov\u016f a majetku, odkud byli vyhn\u00e1ni, p\u0159es\u00eddleni a vyko\u0159en\u011bni&#8220;.<\/li>\n<li>Na\u0161i vytrval\u00ed palestin\u0161t\u00ed lid\u00e9 a jejich odpor vedou hrdinsk\u00fd boj na obranu sv\u00e9 zem\u011b a n\u00e1rodn\u00edch pr\u00e1v proti nejd\u00e9le trvaj\u00edc\u00ed a nejbrut\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed koloni\u00e1ln\u00ed okupaci. Palestinsk\u00fd lid \u010del\u00ed bezprecedentn\u00ed izraelsk\u00e9 agresi, kter\u00e1 sp\u00e1chala hanebn\u00e9 masakry na palestinsk\u00e9 civilisty, z nich\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina byli d\u011bti a \u017eeny. Mezit\u00edm izraelsk\u00e9 v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 letouny krut\u011b zas\u00e1hly ve\u0161kerou infrastrukturu a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 budovy v Gaze, v\u010detn\u011b \u0161kol, univerzit, me\u0161it, kostel\u016f a nemocnic, co\u017e je jasn\u00fdm znakem etnick\u00e9ho \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed s c\u00edlem vyhnat palestinsk\u00fd lid z Gazy. P\u0159esto p\u0159\u00edznivci izraelsk\u00e9 okupace neud\u011blali nic, pouze nechali genocidu pokra\u010dovat proti na\u0161emu lidu.    <\/li>\n<li>Izraelsk\u00e1 okupace pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 z\u00e1minku &#8222;sebeobrany&#8220; k ospravedl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho \u00fatlaku proti palestinsk\u00e9mu lidu jako proces l\u017ei, klamu a p\u0159ekrucov\u00e1n\u00ed fakt\u016f. Entita Izraele nem\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo h\u00e1jit sv\u00e9 zlo\u010diny a okupaci, naopak palestinsk\u00fd lid m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo, aby okupant byl nucen ukon\u010dit okupaci. V roce 2004 Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed soudn\u00ed dv\u016fr (ICJ) vydal poradn\u00ed stanovisko ve v\u011bci &#8222;Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed n\u00e1sledky v\u00fdstavby zdi na okupovan\u00e9m palestinsk\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed&#8220;, kter\u00e9 stanovilo, \u017ee &#8222;Izrael&#8220; &#8211; brut\u00e1ln\u00ed okupa\u010dn\u00ed mocnost &#8211; nem\u016f\u017ee uplat\u0148ovat pr\u00e1vo na sebeobranu k v\u00fdstavb\u011b takov\u00e9 zdi na palestinsk\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b zku\u0161enosti n\u00e1rod\u016f po celou historii s t\u00edm, jak se osvobodit od okupace a kolonialismu, potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee odpor je strategick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup a jedin\u00e1 cesta k osvobozen\u00ed a ukon\u010den\u00ed okupace. Byl n\u011bkdy n\u00e1rod osvobozen z okupace bez boje, odporu nebo ob\u011bt\u00ed?  <\/p>\n<p>Humanit\u00e1rn\u00ed, etick\u00e9 a pr\u00e1vn\u00ed imperativy vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, aby v\u0161echny zem\u011b po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b podporovaly odpor palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu a nekolidovaly s n\u00edm. M\u011bly by konfrontovat zlo\u010diny okupace a agresi a podporovat boj palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu o osvobozen\u00ed jejich zem\u00ed a o uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich pr\u00e1va na sebeur\u010den\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako v\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed n\u00e1rody po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.  <b>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho vol\u00e1me po n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Okam\u017eit\u00e9 zastaven\u00ed izraelsk\u00e9 agrese v Gaze, zlo\u010din\u016f a etnick\u00e9ho \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u00e1chan\u00e9ho proti cel\u00e9mu obyvatelstvu Gazy, otev\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159echod\u016f a umo\u017en\u011bn\u00ed vstupu humanit\u00e1rn\u00ed pomoci do Gazy v\u010detn\u011b n\u00e1stroj\u016f pro rekonstrukci.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159iv\u00e9st izraelskou okupaci k pr\u00e1vn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti za lidsk\u00e9 utrpen\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 palestinsk\u00e9mu lidu a obvinit ji za zlo\u010diny proti civilist\u016fm, infrastruktu\u0159e, nemocnic\u00edm, vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, me\u0161it\u00e1m a kostel\u016fm.<\/li>\n<li>Podpora palestinsk\u00e9ho odporu v\u016f\u010di izraelsk\u00e9 okupaci v\u0161emi mo\u017en\u00fdmi prost\u0159edky jako legitimitn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo podle mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f a norem.<\/li>\n<li>Vyz\u00fdv\u00e1me svobodn\u00e9 n\u00e1rody po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, zejm\u00e9na ty, kter\u00e9 byly kolonizov\u00e1ny a rozum\u00ed utrpen\u00ed palestinsk\u00e9ho lidu, aby p\u0159ijaly v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 postoje proti dvoj\u00edmu standardu politiky, kterou p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed mocnosti\/zem\u011b podporuj\u00edc\u00ed izraelskou okupaci. Vyz\u00fdv\u00e1me tyto n\u00e1rody, aby iniciovaly glob\u00e1ln\u00ed solid\u00e1rn\u00ed hnut\u00ed s palestinsk\u00fdm lidem a zd\u016fraznily hodnoty spravedlnosti a rovnosti a pr\u00e1vo lid\u00ed \u017e\u00edt ve svobod\u011b a d\u016fstojnosti. <\/li>\n<li>Velmoci, zejm\u00e9na USA, Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie a Francie a dal\u0161\u00ed, mus\u00ed p\u0159estat poskytovat sionistick\u00e9 entit\u011b kryt\u00ed p\u0159ed odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed a p\u0159estat s n\u00ed zach\u00e1zet jako s zem\u00ed nad z\u00e1konem. Takov\u00e9 nespravedliv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto zem\u00ed umo\u017enilo izraelsk\u00e9 okupaci po v\u00edce ne\u017e 75 let\u016f, aby sp\u00e1chala nejhor\u0161\u00ed zlo\u010diny v\u016f\u010di palestinsk\u00e9mu lidu, \u00fazem\u00ed a svatostem. Vyz\u00fdv\u00e1me zem\u011b po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, dnes a v\u00edce ne\u017e kdy jindy, aby plnily sv\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti v\u016f\u010di mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmu pr\u00e1vu a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm rezoluc\u00edm OSN, kter\u00e9 vyz\u00fdvaj\u00ed ke skon\u010den\u00ed okupace.  <\/li>\n<li>Kategoricky odm\u00edt\u00e1me jak\u00e9koliv mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u010di izraelsk\u00e9 projekty, jejich\u017e c\u00edlem je rozhodovat o budoucnosti Gazy a kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed pouze k prodlu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed okupace. D\u016frazn\u011b zd\u016fraz\u0148ujeme, \u017ee palestinsk\u00fd lid m\u00e1 schopnost rozhodovat o sv\u00e9 budoucnosti a \u0159\u00eddit sv\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitosti, a tak \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 strana na sv\u011bt\u011b nem\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na uvalen\u00ed jak\u00e9koliv formy poru\u010dnictv\u00ed nad palestinsk\u00fdm lidem nebo rozhodovat za n\u011b. <\/li>\n<li>Vyz\u00fdv\u00e1me k odporu proti izraelsk\u00fdm pokus\u016fm zp\u016fsobit dal\u0161\u00ed vlnu vyh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed &#8211; nebo novou Nakbu &#8211; Palestinc\u016fm zejm\u00e9na na \u00fazem\u00edch obsazen\u00fdch v roce 1948 a na Z\u00e1padn\u00edm b\u0159ehu.
